Meet your training team

Laura Schutz

Training Consultant
Laura has been living and breathing all things NDIS from the moment the Scheme was launched. She has 10 years' experience navigating the NDIS through various service delivery roles including Support Coordination, industry coaching and consulting. She is passionate about building capacity and is also a Housing Hub Home and Living Specialist.

Vivien Williams

Training consultant
Vivien has a background in community aged care, but now her speciality is housing and SDA. She is determined to provide professionals working in the NDIS space with all the resources they need to ensure people with complex support needs are supported to live well in the community.

Whitney Lipman

Training CONSULTANT
Whitney has worked in the public health setting for over 10 years as a Senior Occupational Therapist working to facilitate effective discharges. Whitney has also worked as an NDIS Project Officer for Monash Health. She has a Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation.

Chloe Simpson

Training Consultant
Chloe has a background as a Social Worker in the disability sector, supporting stroke survivors and their families. Chloe has been supporting housing providers and people with disability for several years now, assisting people to turn their home and living goals into reality. 

Megan Miles

Training consultant
Megan has a background as an Occupational Therapist in community settings. She has worked in the disability sector for over 14 years, including working as a Support Worker and a Program Manager of a large community access program for children and adults. She is passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve their housing goals. 

Natalie Koufos

Event Coordinator
Natalie is our amazing Event Coordinator helping to bring all of our training to life through her great planning skills and organisational prowess. Natalie is always happy to help any of our trainees out with questions, booking enquiries, date swaps and troubleshooting.

Melody Carbarns

Capacity development manager
Melody has been with the Housing Hub since 2017 when she worked with the team to build up the Tenancy Matching Service. Since then, Melody has worked across the Housing Hub developing services including Home and Living and Provider Services and Consulting Services. Melody worked in the disability and aged care sectors in a variety of service based roles for 20+ years. Melody holds a Bachelor of Business and is based in Melbourne. 

Joanna Stewart

Training and development lead
Jo has a background in hospital-based social work. Since joining Summer Foundation and Housing Hub, she has been working on building the capacity of health and aged care services and is now focussed on the development of education, training and resources for people with a disability and their (formal and informal) supporters.
