This module is for support coordinators

This course is a beginner level of knowledge for those that are new to the sector or are after a refresher.

What is learnt in this module will allow support coordinators to apply the knowledge to their own practice and organisational practice. 

In this online module you will learn:

  • How to record accurate information
  • The types of documents you might need to keep a record of
  • What your legal requirements and responsibility is 
  • What should and shouldn't be recorded
