Who is your training for?

All our training is suitable for anyone who supports people with complex needs. It has, however, been developed with support coordinators and allied health professionals in mind.

Do you deliver private team training?

Yes, we can deliver tailored training packages to suit the needs of your team. We work collaboratively with you to understand your team’s learning objectives and then develop our training content and delivery to best achieve these outcomes. Contact us at [email protected] for more information.

Do you offer discounts for groups?

Starting on October 24, 2023, a group booking discount will be available for purchases involving 5 or more individuals in a single full-price live workshop. To check eligibility and gather more information, please feel free to contact us via email [email protected] 

Can I pay via invoice?

What about cancellations?

If the workshop has fewer than 4 registered participants, there's a possibility it may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, you have two options: 
- Receive a full refund or 
- Opt for the next available session on the same topic.
